DUE TO COVID-19. ORDERS CAN TAKE 1-2 WEEKS TO PROCESS.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this trying time for our country.

 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please note: Some Mulltee Print items are MADE TO ORDER, which may cause a further delay. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship. You will be notified if a change to your order is required or if your order is unable to be fulfilled.

Mull Media is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. When packages leave our facility, USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

 

Shipping Address Issues

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase and your order has not been processed yet, please contact us at mullmediallc@gmail.com and we will make every attempt to update the shipping address. If the error is not corrected prior to shipping, we are not able to make any changes.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. 

If your package is “return to sender” the customer is responsible for purchasing a new USPS shipping label for the second delivery attempt. 

 

Exchanges/Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Thank you for respecting the art of custom design and production by understanding IMPERFECTIONS are possible. It is not our intent to supply any of our customers with imperfect products, however, it can happen. We strive for excellence with each item and promise to deliver statement pieces in the best condition as possible.  

If an item is found defective, Mull Media will honor their practice of integrity and excellence and replace the item with the same or similar item of the same value. 

 

Product Sizing?

All Mulltee Print shirts, hats, and hoodies are unisex unless otherwise stated.
